About Me
I started my career in education, undertaking a senior leadership role in a school before founding and leading a charity. I now work in the senior leadership team of a UK-based children’s charity.
I am an accredited coach and ‘C-Me’ facilitator. I deliver Coaching, and ‘C-Me’ team dynamics for a range of organisations. I am experienced in creating reflective spaces, my Reflective Journeys bring an added dimension to my training offer leading to personal and organisational growth. Whether you are a leader looking for coaching, or a leader looking for training for your team, I will create a bespoke programme for your needs.
Passionate about facilitating my clients’ journey towards clarity, growth and fulfilment; I am intentional about becoming all I can be and leading from my authentic self.
Outside of work, I enjoy being involved in my local community as a school governor. When I am not setting new goals I can be found cooking, swimming or at the driving range working on my golf swing.
