I come alongside leaders and teams to improve team performance, sense of purpose and impact with a focus on embracing stillness practices. I specifically work with those who are leading or working alongside children.
Because children deserve adults and leaders living and working from their best selves.
I do this as an accredited Coach and by using a variety of techniques. In every bespoke training programme I develop, I can weave into it the use of stillness, silence and solitude as these can lead to increased purpose and impact.
‘Staff wellbeing surveys flagged up that many things causing stress are related to communication. This training was incredibly helpful in helping my team to not only identify their own preferences, but also understand how and why others may communicate differently; making it powerful on both a personal, and a team level. In the busyness of school life, we so rarely have time to stop and reflect. I wanted to be intentional about giving staff time to do this. The Reflective Journey provided this space and allowed everyone to move at their own pace’.
